Technical Guarantee

Euraltis guarantees that the delivered XML conforms to the published CBAM XSD schema when tested against that schema using standard XML validation tools. If the delivered XML fails XSD schema validation, the full fee is refunded.

Refund Policy

A refund is issued if: - XML generation fails due to a system error - Delivered XML does not pass XSD schema validation as defined above

No refunds are issued if:

- The data is semantically incorrect

- The CBAM Registry rejects the XML for non-structural reasons

- The XML is structurally valid but regulatorily rejected

- The service is used outside its stated scope

Any refund is limited to the fee paid for the affected XML.
